"Dragonwyck," is a spooky chilling movie that was released in 1946. It stars Vincent Price, Gene Tierney, and Walter Huston. And it is the perfect movie for a scary Halloween night.

Though, not technically a horror movie, Dragonwyck is a gothic period suspense thriller, which are sometimes even scarier than cookie cutter horror movies. The movie is about a simple farm girl who goes to live with a distant relative in his mansion as his governess.

The movie stars Vincent Price, who is well known as the king of all horror movies, with his deep, charismatic, haunting voice and laugh. You cannot go wrong if you have a Vincent Price movie night for Halloween. Some of his other movies that you could watch that night are: "House of Wax," "The Raven," and, "Pit and the Pendulum,"
