Kallay Carr
East Chicago Coffeeshop Examiner | Bio
Find out more about Kallay:

Kallay has been managing cafes and drinking dark roasts for quite some time and has an aspiration to one day finally open her Café Kallay. She has enjoyed slurping coffee from all over the country including Seattle, which is decidedly the coffee snob (we mean connoisseur) capital of the world. Now, settling into the Chicago scene, she brings her hungry palate (and her golden retriever) along for a warm sip of the Midwest. Email her at cafekallay@gmail.com or read more of her writing at http://kallaydoscope.info.
