The U.S. Supreme Court declined to hear one of the csases challenging Obama's qualifications to be president:
More than a dozen lawsuits have challenged the presumptive president elect's eligibility. Two cases are still pending before the Supreme Court - Wrotnowski v. Bysiewicz and Berg v. Obama, et al.
We have discussed the Berg case here and here. More information about the Wrotnowski case, which concerns the same theory as Donofrio - that Obama is not a natural born citizen because he was a British citizen at birth, is available here.
If the Court does not address the merits of the allegations that Obama does not meet the Constitutional requirement of being a natural born citizen, the issue will continue to dog Obama until he produces documents that prove his eligibility and make the question go away.
