MTV names Justin Bieber "Artist of the Week"

Justin Bieber and Dan Kanter perform an acoustic set at MTV studios.
Congratulations are in order for Justin Bieber. The pop singer and teen heartthrob has been named MTV's Featured Artist of the Week, which began Monday, November 9. MTV called Bieber "the little dude with some big talent" and released exclusive interviews and performances of his hits, including "One Less Lonely Girl" and "Never Let You Go." Bieber expressed his excitement about being named Artist of the Week via his Twitter site. "MTV artist of the WEEK!!! Wow..." he wrote. His debut album My World comes out November 17.
