Cast of Glee sings anthem

On Saturday night, the cast of Glee sang the National Anthem at the beginning of Game 3 of the World Series. Amber Riley, who plays Mercedes on the show, was the featured soloist for the groups rendition. The group even wore Stand Up To Cancer shirts, along with their World Series jackets.
Before the game, cast member Cory Monteith, who plays Phinn on the show, tweeted: "leaving tomorrow morning for Philly!! singing the national anthem at #MLB World Series, game 3! woo!" Cast member, Mark Salling recently launched his own website that features original music and videos by the actor/musician.

Fun Fact: This summer, while in Los Angeles, I ran into Jane Lynch, who plays Sue Sylvester on the show, while shopping at J.Crew in The Grove. I then saw her and the entire Glee cast that night at the 2009 Teen Choice Awards.
