Habitat Hillsborough

Habitat for Humanity, friends and supporters are having their 2nd annual Suzie Q Blitz Build.
This event endeavors to honor the memory of Suzanne Hasting, a young woman who lost her battle with breast cancer in January of 2008 at the age of 36.
A volunteer-fueled labor of love providing a portion of the proceeds to the Moffitt Cancer Center  and also build’s the first Habitat Women’s Build house in Hillsborough.

Construction will occur daily starting on October 24th and is anticipated to end on October 31st  with a dedication ceremony at 2pm.
For those interested in helping to build homes and hope for a cure, this is an opportunity to do both. Volunteers are welcome to participate and can register online at Habitat for Humanity.
A $20 registration fee includes a t-shirt and lunch. Or you can simply donate.
