There are a few good specials in Eugene on Tuesday nights. 

If you feel like going out for food and drinks, try Sixth Street Grill's burger and brew special (also mentioned in this article about happy hours). They have a delicious burger or veggie burger and a beer for only $7. Their beer selection is pretty decent, and they like to change it up with different seasonal beers.

Popular with the college crowd on Tuesday nights, The Cooler has $2 bud and bud light from 9 to midnight.  Another popular campus bar, Taylors, has $1 well drinks from 9 to 11 on Tuesdays.

The Jackalope Lounge, a bar by the Amtrak station, has $1.50 PBRs on Tuesdays and is a little bit more popular with workers from other bars, local Eugenians, and a slightly older crowd than the bars near campus. They also have pool and games.
