John is not a professional chef nor does he play one on TV. He has, however, worked the line (pro bono) in a fine dining establishment and cooks most days for his wife and three children. He comes from a long line of what his mother calls ‘black-belt eaters.’ He seeks food made with passion – no matter how simple, complex, foreign or domestic. He’ll try anything...twice. Life’s too short to eat bad food.
