Evi Quaid (Presidio County Sheriffs Department)

Less than 24 hours after she was freed on $20,000 bail, Randy Quaid's wife Evi Quaid went back to the sheriff's office and went on a rampage that Deputy James Davis called "a psychotic episode."

Deputy Davis, who arrested the Quaids on felony burglary charges Thursday, told TMZ that Evi came into the office screaming and calling him "a crooked, corrupt cop" who is part of a plot against her and her husband.

She handed him a written complaint accusing him of extortion and conspiracy. The complaint said that he was in cahoots with their former business manager and others "who are attempting to acquire our assets illegally by creating false evidence."

Davis said Evi then left his office and went to the courthouse, where she backed into a parked motorcycle. A police report was taken there. It is not known if charges will be filed against her for that accident.
