Reality star Kourtney Kardashian confirmed that she is pregnant with her first child, E! News reported Wednesday, but she won't say if ex-boyfriend Scott Disick is the father or if they are back together. She's saving that for the Sunday premiere of "Kourtney and Khloé Take Miami."
