John Travolta's 16-year-old son Jett died today in the Bahamas, but not simply from a fall as had earlier been reported.

John's attorney, Michael Ossi, confirmed to Reuters that Jett had a seizure at his family's vacation home at the Old Bahama Bay Hotel on Grand Bahama Island. Attempts to revive him were unsuccessful and he died on the scene.

Jett has a history of seizures, according to Reuters.

Again, this is the most horrible news. Our prayers are with John, mama Kelly Preston and sister Ella.
