Heather Locklear DUI case dismissed

TMZ reports that Heather Locklear's DUI charges from her September 28 arrest were dismissed in a Santa Barbara court this morning after she pled no contest to misdemeanor reckless driving, a lesser offense.
There was never any alcohol involved in the arrest. The charges stemmed from her being pulled over for driving erratically in a parking lot. A former tabloid employee (who reportedly had been following Heather) saw her driving strangely and called 911.
Tests showed there was no alcohol in her blood but she had taken some prescription medications. They obviously disagreed with her.
Good job, Heather. Now start memorizing that new "Melrose Place" script. We're waiting ..
