Eddy Curry sits on the bench on Jan. 8, 2009.

New York Knicks reserve center Eddy Curry has been slapped with a sexual harassment lawsuit. His former chauffeur, David Kuchinsky, claims Eddy repeatedly made advanced toward him in the nude and forced him to wash towels he had ejaculated in.

Among other things.

TMZ reports:

In an insane lawsuit, Curry's driver, David Kuchinsky, alleges the baller repeatedly tried to make him handle his genitals while in the buff, saying, "Look at me, Dave, look" and "Come and touch it, Dave." He's also alleged to have called the driver "a cracker" and "white devil" and "grandmaster of the KKK."

The chauffer — who also says Eddy pointed a "fully loaded" gun at him to keep him from complaining  — claims Eddy owes him $68,000 in unpaid wages, as well as $25,000 in expenses, according to the New York Post. He wants Eddy to pay him $98,000 plus compensatory damages for the alleged harassment.

Horrified at the allegations, Eddy told reporters:

He tried to contact a friend of mine on several occasions and every time it w as something different. First time it was to curse me out. Second time it was to apologize. Third time it was if Eddy doesn't call me, I'm going to sue him. I still don't think he has a case on me. It's absolutely false. I can't even believe it. ...

Everyone who knows me knows I'm not a racist. I've never made a comment like that, playing, or nothing. Aside from the fact I wouldn't do it bedause I'm not racist, I wouldn't do it because I wouldn't want someone to play with me like that. That's incredible, man. ...

I can't believe it went this far. I can't believe someone would represent something like that. It's incredible to me.''

These are some nasty charges, but we believe Eddy is innocent until proven guilty.

And don't forget that just over a year ago the Knicks were orderd to pay $11.6 million when former coach Isiah Thomas was found guilty of sexual harassment. That kind of money certainly could tempt a person to file a copycat suit, frivolous or otherwise.

We're just saying.
