The young woman at the center of Christie Brinkley's split from Peter Cook may take the stand during their upcoming divorce trial. Diane Bianchi had an affair with Cook as a teen when she was his assistant. (She later sued him and they settled out of court.)

Yet People reports that Cook's lawyers are accusing Christie of being the bad guy: "Dragging in Bianchi is just one more example of Ms. Brinkley's thirst for revenge. Peter has moved on with his life. She should do the same."

Uh, wait a minute, this is a divorce trial, right? Isn't the wife supposed to show what a lowdown, no-good, two-timing, child-bonking so-and-so her husband was?

Meanwhile, Christie spent the weekend in the Hamptons where she recieved a humanitarian award from the American Heart Association.
