Rob Lowe drops lawsuit against former chef

In the "How Lowe Can You Go" category, Rob Lowe has dropped charges against former chef Peter Clements in exchange for information about the two former nannies who are suing the Lowes (and vice versa). TMZ reports:
Lowe said in legal documents, "Once Peter Clements provided Rob and Sheryl Lowe with accurate information, the Lowes willingly dismissed their claims against him without cost to either side." ...We're not going to declare this a win-win until the cluster-suit with Rob, his wife and both nannies are settled.
The legal papers were filed Friday requesting the dismissal, which is now just a formality.
