Madonna and A-Rod, who swore they weren't having an affair and cheating on their spouses, are now looking for a "love nest" to shack up live together in New York.

Page Six reports that the couple are movin' on up to the East Side:

... the kabbalah-crazed pop queen and the skirt-chasing power hitter are 'discreetly looking at properties between Fifth and Park avenues, from just above 60th Street through the 80s.' "

Apparently Madonna has been checking places out for at least a month.

We're talking about private, double-width mansions in the vicinity of $30 million to $60 million."

Page Six insiders say Madge is keeping her place at the Dakota, but A-Rod is eager to sell his apartment. He lowered the price from $14 million to $10 million. If that's out of your price range, he'll rent it to you at the bargain price of $50,000 a month.
