Beverly Hills police don't believe suspect Shaha Mishaal Adham's story that Mark Ruffalo's brother Scott Ruffalo shot himself playing Russian Roulette, according to TMZ.

Here's what doesn't add up:

1. The initial call to the police reported an assault, not a suicide or accident.
2. Paramedics who responded did not know at first that Scott had been shot, because:
3. The bullet wound was to the back, not the side or front, of his head.

TMZ asks:

Who shoots themselves in the back of the head when they're playing Russian Roulette?

The suspects have been released, but more will be revealed. You can count on it.
