Michael Bolton 'homeless' after messy split with Nicollette Sheridan

Nicollette Sheridan in "Desperate Housewives"
Michael Bolton, who has been called "the musical equivalent of shabby chic," apparently is practically homeless since ex Nicollette Sheridan booted him out of their former love nest in gated Hidden Hills (Los Angeles) and won't cough up his half of the equity.
Truth is, they only lived together for two days, back in August.
In May, Michael and Nicollette bought bought the Hidden Hills place from Melissa Etheridge and Tammy Lynn Michaels for $4.4 million. But Michael was still officially living in his Connecticut estate. In August, he put that on the market and moved in with Nicollette.
But after living together for a couple of days, Nicollette kicked him to the curb.
That was in August.
Since then Nicollette has moved on, but Michael can't seem to find anywhere to move, according to Page Six.
He's basically homeless ... He and Nicollette split the Hidden Hills house, but she wants to stay there and not have him anywhere near it. She also doesn't particularly want to pay him [for] his half and thinks he should just give [the house] to her.
Homeless? Is he kidding? Can't he afford to rent a place like the rest us?
