Amy Winehouse won't face charges for a video that seemed to show her smoking crack and popping pills, according to Reuters. She was arrested then questioned by detectives for nine hours after she turned herself in to police last week, but no action is being taken against her.
"Amy is pleased to be able to move on and concentrate on music and particularly looks forward to seeing her fans again at eagerly awaited festival performances this summer," her rep said.
The soul diva, who won five Grammy award this year, has been arrested twice in two months. She was jailed overnight in April for assault but was released without any charges in that case as well.
We really hope she can overcome her addictions and come back even stronger.
