'Baywatch' babe busted
 .jpg) Jose Solano, who played hunky Manny Gutierrez on "Baywatch," has been charged with four misdemeanor counts in northern California's El Dorado County after he allegedly stole some drawings from a Placerville tattoo shop. TMZ reports that Solano claimed to be a California Highway Patrol officer when the shop owner confronted him, then "got into his car, hit a light pole and sped away." The charges include petty theft, driving without valid license and hit-and-run. What is going on with all of these entertainment industry jailbirds?
