The Post reports that Carter is "allegedly" the latest star to check into VH1's reality rehab and may be joining former Hollywood madam Heidi Fleiss and former Skid Row frontman Sebastian Bach for the new edition that starts taping in June.  The Wynn Las Vegas has filed suit against former NBA star Charles Barkley claiming he owes the casino $400,000. TMZ reports that Barkley could be charged with a felony if he doesn't pay up. The Wynn is getting the Clark County district attorney's bad check unit to investigate, which also looks into gambling debts. This vid shows Britney Spears and Mel Gibson going to dinner together in March. That's nothing. Right now are on a plane to Costa Rica for a little weekend vacay (no hanky panky, we assume). Uncle Mel invited Britney and her father, Jamie, to stay at his vacation home in Costa Rica. Insider reports they left on a private plane at 9:05 this morning. According to the terms of her custody Britney's children cannot leave the country without special approval, so they are not joining her on the trip.Vaya con Dios. 'Baywatch' babe busted
 .jpg) Jose Solano, who played hunky Manny Gutierrez on "Baywatch," has been charged with four misdemeanor counts in northern California's El Dorado County after he allegedly stole some drawings from a Placerville tattoo shop. TMZ reports that Solano claimed to be a California Highway Patrol officer when the shop owner confronted him, then "got into his car, hit a light pole and sped away." The charges include petty theft, driving without valid license and hit-and-run. What is going on with all of these entertainment industry jailbirds?
