Stress is a silent killer: We all know that Stress is not good for us.Staying stressed gives you heart and blood pressure problems, along with lowered immune system response and many other physical problems are made worse by stress.There is no such thing as a stress free life, However how we handle stress makes a huge difference in our quality of life. Learn to recognize when you are stressing. Each one of us has habits that come "on" when we are getting stressed out.By paying attention to how we react we can learn to identify when we are becoming stressed before it gets to a major explosion.
Proper nutrition also plays a key role in how our bodies handle stress. So one can start by making sure our bodies have the  good foods that is required for good health.what

THE IMPORTANCE OF ATTITUDE:
How we deal with stressors in our life is determined by our out look on life or our attitude.A famous person once said that life is 10% aptitude an 90% attitude.
We cannot change a lot of what happens in our lives but we can change how we respond to it. By staying grateful and counting our many life blessings we can change much of the stress reaction within our bodies.

Now for herbs that help calm and sooth. Lavender aromatherapy or essential oil, either way  Lavender is legendary for relieving stress and soothing raw emotions.

Chamomile tea is also legendary for soothing and unwinding.(if allergic to ragweed do not use chamomile) Other herbs used to help your body cope with stress are ginseng,Valerian,kava kava,skullcap,catnip, and lobelia,

Bach Flower remedies are also a good choice.
