Jessica Osterberg will soon be celebrating her 20th year of being a vegetarian. Despite growing up and living in the middle of the meat industry, Jessica has remained true to her vegetarian and vegan beliefs. She is constantly looking for local ways to make raising a vegetarian family easier, healthier, and more economical while staying up to date with the latest in vegan products. Jessica loves to follow great vegan recipes, make her own yummy creations, and of course enjoys an occasional vegan meal at many fine restaurants around town. She looks at veganism with a real approach and delivers tips to help make your vegan journey even more enjoyable.
