 The Stanford Cardinal defeated Arizona State tonight in Tempe, Arizona,  74-64. It was a big upset as not many predicted a Stanford victory tonight on the road.

Landry Fields led the Cardinal with 20 points on 8-11 shooting.

Anthony Goods contributed 15 points and Lawrence Hill had 13 points.

James Harden led Arizona State with 22 points but it took him 21 shots to get his points.

Stanford had a 32-26 lead at halftime.

Arizona State shot 29 three-pointers but only connected on eight of them.

With the win, Stanford goes to 6-11 in the Pac-10 and Arizona State is now 10-7.

Stanford faces Arizona this weekend while Arizona State will take on Cal.
