The regular Friday evening Happy Hour Yoga class at Urban Breath Yoga will have a Halloween theme this week (October 30th).  Yogis are invited to wear costumes illustrating their favorite - or least favorite - yoga poses.  Just be sure that your costume permits enough movement for class.  Costumes are not required, but will add an element of playfulness to your practice.

The Happy Hour Yoga class is held from 5:30pm to 6:45pm on Fridays.  It is led by instructor Laurie Brockhaus, RYT.  (The RYT designation means that Laurie is a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance, and has completed a thorough course of education in the teaching of yoga.)  Laurie's fun and upbeat style of teaching is just what is needed to get your Halloween weekend off to a great start.

Urban Breath Yoga is located at 1220 Tamm Avenue in Dogtown, and was one of the sponsors of this year's Yoga for Peace event last September.  You can follow Urban Breath Yoga on Twitter and Facebook.
