Model Naomi Campbell is being sued by Moodform Mission for cosmetic payments
Model Naomi Campbell is headed back to court, but it’s not for throwing a cell phone or for kicking and spitting at police officers at Heathrow Airport. This time the argument is about financial issues surrounding her cosmetics, including Naomi Campbell’s fragrances Cat Deluxe With Kisses and Seductive Elixir.
From 2001 to 2008, Campbell sent regular payments to Moodform Mission, but according to this company, the payments have stopped coming since then although Campbell continues to be paid millions from her for cosmetic and fragrance products.
According to
New York Daily News, Daniel Bright, a lawyer for Miami-based cosmetics company Moodform Mission stated that, “the payments stopped coming" from Campbell. The lawsuit was filed on Monday, Oct. 26, according to
OneIndia.
Cat Deluxe With Kisses perfume blends Cardamom, pink berries, bergamot, clementine, apple and blackcurrant with rose, incense, vanilla, tonka beans, peony and jasmin sambac. Free samples can only be shipped to Austria, Germany and Switzerland.
Seductive Elixir perfume ingredients include pomegranates, red berries, red pepper, hibiscus, freesia, lily of the valley, sandalwood and musk. The perfume line also includes perfume, lotion and shower gel.
The monetary amount that Naomi Campbell allegedly owes Moodform Mission has not been released.
