In the mommy blogging world, there is perhaps no one quite as popular, quite as influential, and sometimes quite as polarizing as Heather Armstrong of Dooce.com. Her humor and candid reflections about motherhood are now available for you to peruse in her latest book, It Sucked and Then I Cried: How I Had a Baby, a Breakdown, and a Much Needed Margarita.

Fans and newcomers to Armstrong’s work can see her in person this Monday, April 6, at Tattered Cover in Highlands Ranch. The reading and book signing begins at 7:30pm, but get there early. Appearances by Heather in other cities have proven that there will be a big crowd for this popular blogger.

The book is available at Amazon and Barnes & Noble online. However, I suggest supporting your local bookseller, Tattered Cover, and getting it signed by Dooce herself. Don’t be surprised if some of Armstrong’s more exuberant fans ask for her to sign a boob or two.

I mean me, of course.

See you there.
