Marc Elliot lives in Sunnyvale with his wife and daughter. He is a student of the effects of exercise and nutrition on the body, and has overcome diabetes and heart disease. Marc is an ex-journalist and well understands the effects of stress on the body. He enjoys the out of doors, walking, camping, hiking, and biking. He particularly enjoys working out with the Slow Weight Training protocol. Reading is his favorite pass-time, enjoying adventure fiction and the classics. Marc holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English/Communications and additional credits in Psychology, Science, and History. He has completed the bookwork for a Masters in Economics. A veteran of the Viet Nam era, Marc was honored with a nomination for Pulitzer Prize, a commendation from the CA Speaker of the Assembly, two awards for Excellence by Cahners Publishing Co., a CA Newspapers Publishers award, and Distinguished Service Awards by the SF Merchants Council.
