Get your guy out in the garden!

Gardeners have to love this study - Scientists have shown just 30 minutes of gardening: five days a week can revitalize a man's waning sex drive!

University of Vienna conducted the study with 674 men ages 45-60. They found that with these regular half hour sessions of weeding, planting, mowing etc. that risk of impotence was reduced by 38 percent. Men, who garden more briskly, saw their impotence risk drop by 52 percent.

Of course, it is the regular exercising that is benefitting them but the great looking yards and gardens are a wonderful bonus! And let’s not discount the fact the gardener is outside: breathing fresh air as opposed to working out inside a gym.

And just think of the money you can save by growing your own food at the same time. So guys get out there and garden!
