lettuce plant
lettuce growth increases with kelp

Want that lettuce to double in size? Try giving it a drink of kelp!

Really, feeding your lettuce - both head and leaf - with some kelp extract will bring amazing results! Last year we tried it on one row of leaf lettuce that for one reason or another was behind the other four rows. Within 10 days, the entire row had over taken the all the other plants! This year we did it one a row of both head and leaf and got the same dramatic growth from both types.

You make your own mixture by adding 2 Tablespoons of kelp extract to one gallon of water. Apply it to the soil around your lettuce plants - just as you a liquid fertilizer. Quick and easy with amazing results!

Kelp extract also works well on Cuttings & Rootings
