Washington finally has some great weather and our gardens are growing at full speed! It won’t be long before we are enjoying fresh (safe) tomatoes again. Then comes all the canning! Well, that has already started as we canned 12 jars of strawberry jam this weekend. We sure are enjoying those late strawberries!

One thing that we all need to do is get our cabbage, broccoli seeds (and other cool/cold weather loving plants) started. By using seed trays (or sowing into the garden if you have the space) we can have a nice crop again this Fall.
