Erica Walsh has been involved in the charter school movement since 2002 when she began her first teaching position. Since then, she has gained her Masters degree in curriculum and teaching, and is currently in administration for grades 7-12. She is passionate about charter schools because they allow for competition, individuality, desegregation between cities, and a fair workplace environment for all.
