A thanksgiving meal for 8 for just $20 at Wal-Mart (NBC)
With the economy the way it is, all of us can use a break, especially over the Holidays!
How would you like to spend just $20 to feed eight people Thanksgiving dinner? Thanks to Walmart, you can do just that!
The first thing Wal-Mart did was drop the price of their turkey to 40 cents a pound and then to sweeten the deal, they dropped the price of the side dishes as well and came up with one terrific deal.
Here is what Wal-Mart’s $20 Thanksgiving feast includes:
- One 12-pound Grade A turkey
- Three 11 to 15.5-ounce cans Green Giant vegetables
- Two 14-ounce cans Ocean Spray cranberry sauce
- Three 6-ounce boxes of Stove Top stuffing
- One 5-pound bag of red potatoes
- One 12-count package of Sara Lee dinner rolls
- One 22-ounce pumpkin roll cake
While other grocery stores are sure to offer great deals on turkeys, they often require a large purchase of other items to get the reduced price.
Wal-Mart has eliminated that part of the deal and made it possible to not only get the turkey at a great price but, made it possible to feed 8 an entire turkey meal for just $20! Now that’s something to be thankful for.
Walmart is also having Amazing Online Specials to help you stretch your Holiday budget.
All Walmart supercenters will carry the Thanksgiving feast but not all of the regular Wa-marts.
