Americans today are opening business in record numbers. Those who have been laid-off, downsized or have had their business go bankrupt underneath their feet are creating new firms to help counterbalance the lack of jobs.

There are two things that keep a people unified: language and culture. English unifies all Americans into a single country. Business Culture of Americans is the other.

Each new entrepreneur goes about creating a business with the energy of Zeus and the passion to make it happen. Men and women do it very differently. Women seek community and support, men create teams.

I have attended a LWL intensive workshop and found value for dollars in crafting an idea into a business.  The work involved is easier when having a group help you, eliminating the sense of isolation that comes with a no-commute job, and knowing any question you may have is answered in a straight-forward manner.  It creates a immediate sense of success!
