This is not new, just an update on a previous incident --
The solicitor's office filed misdemeanor battery charges on September 10th of this year for an alleged incident on March 4th, 2008 in Atlanta.
The key word is "MISDEMEANOR." Perhaps Marshall should be charged with assaulting the Chargers secondary -- they are the ones B-Marsh really abused. Time for everyone to MOVE ON!!!
