If Jay Cutler is anything, it's outspoken. Not in a brash, T.O., I-just-like-to-hear-myself talk kind of way. No, he just answers the questions he is asked honestly. Whether it was about Brandon Marshall "not being one of my favorite people right now" during the offseason, or the strength of his throwing arm compared to a legend, Cutler will tell you what he is thinking.
