Two of the four people believed to be involved in a string of recent brazen armed robberies, have been arrested, according to police.
A 23-year-old man and a 24-year-old woman were arrested separately in Auburn and Federal Way. The woman is accused of being the getaway driver and the man is accused of being the ringleader of the group.
Two suspects are still at large.
Surveillance footage from a 7-Eleven on Sand Point Way showed the group using a credit card stolen from one victim and the footage eventually led to the arrests.
The man has a history of theft and burglary and was released from King County Jail in April. He is being held on $500,000 bail. The woman is being held on $75,000 bail.
Police could not say if the suspects were involved in all of the recent robberies - up to 11 - but seem confident the group was involved in one on Lake City on Sept. 1 and the recent Green Lake robberies on Sept. 10.
The two suspects still at large are considered to be armed and dangerous.
