In one of the more bizarre mysteries you will ever hear, a seventh human foot has washed up on the shore of British Columbia.

This case strays from Seattle-specific news, but the absurdity of having seven different feet wash up on the shore of the same area, with no kind of leads whatsoever finally caught my curiosity.

One of the feet was linked to a depressed man who went missing in 2007, but the rest...nothing.  All running shoes, all appear to have separated naturally from their bodies during decomposition.

I can't help but wonder why this case has gone nowhere.  It looks like you've got at least four different people who died wearing running shoes in somewhat close-proximity to one another and, yet, it seems like one of those cases that will only get solved if a lucky break happens.

The count's at seven.  How many more are going to show up before people start asking questions of how these cases might be related?
