Tempe Healthy Food Examiner | Bio
Find out more about Theresa:

Theresa was born in New York City and raised by two exceptional home cooks. Her mother and father educated her in the importance of the family dinner table. Fast-forward 20 years and she is living in Phoenix with her own family to feed. And having been raised on great home cooking, providing the same experience for her family was a given. The good health and happy faces of her family and friends never made her doubt her decision to tackle a complex subject like food. Six years ago after the death of her parents she decided to attend culinary school. Like so many people their passing made her aware of her own mortality and discovering her purpose became her mission. She decided to spend the rest of her life working in a career that would not only provided her personal fulfillment but would also be of service to others. And after graduating Alpha Beta Kappa from the Scottsdale Culinary Institute a Cordon Bleu school, she became a self-employed personal chef.
