In what appears to be a very strange story a group of season ticket holders have hired Sports super agent Drew Rosenhaus as their agent to help them negotiate lower season ticket prices for the Florida Panthers.

Drew had this to say to Sporting News Today, ”This is a unique situation for me to represent the fans opposed to professional athletes, but as a passionate Cats follower, I’ve got my finger on the pulse of the Bank Atlantic Center Faithful.”

Rosenhaus continued, “If I could offer a word of advice to Head Coach Pete DeBoer, President Michael Yormack, and the rest of the Panthers front office, be prepared to cow low cost and high value, and don’t get too comfortable because I’ll be knocking on your door in the next 48 hours.”

This is really a genius move by Rosenhaus; if he is successful in this endeavor he potentially opened himself up to hundreds of new clients. There are what 122 professional Major League Sports teams in America.

If hiring a sports agent to negotiate season ticket prices is a fad that catches on, major league sports owner might stand to lose a whole lot of revenue.
