Game Night Nachos!!
Game Night Nachos!!
By Tiffany

These Nachos are so easy and fun, you can make them during the commercials! Great for Football nights or the upcoming World Series Game; Phillies and the NY Yankees! All you need are a few ingredients and a microwave and you can be munching and cheering for your favorite team in no time! ENJOY!

Ingredients: for the Nachos:

Your Favorite Tortilla Chips

Your favorite canned Chili, left over home-made chili, or left over taco meat from my BLT Tacos;

Cheese Whiz, cheese spread.

Lettuce; shredded

Tomatoes, diced,

Salsa

Sour cream

other things to add to your nachos; black olives, green onions, refried beans, spanish rice

1. On a microwave safe plate place the chips down first.

2. While preparing all the toppings heat in a sauce pot your left over chili, taco meat or canned chili. Pour over Tortilla chips.

3. Spoon the Cheese onto the chili; do not heat the cheese first, just put it on cold, usually about 4 tablespoons work.

3. Place in Microwave, cook three minutes. Check to see if cheese has melted if not add an additional two minutes to the cooking time.

4. Once the cheese has melted take plate out of microwave (be very careful it will be hot) and add your toppings, lettuce, tomato, sour cream and salsa and whatever else you like. ENJOY

HINT: if you are going to use refried beans or rice.. add those on with the meat then add the cheese..do not heat them up before adding them to the Chips only the meat should be heated.
