Time and Calendar    (Photo:  Dreamstime/Stillfx)St. Louis County residents are finally receiving the news they’ve wanted to hear:  The St. Louis County Department of Health is offering the free H1N1 flu vaccine to County residents who are at high risk. The flu vaccinations will be available this weekend at five area high schools.

Hazelwood West High School

Jennings High School

(Parking for the Jennings location will be at 8960 Jennings Station Road; however, participants will first need to pick up a line ticket at the high school.)

Lafayette High School
    17050 Clayton Road
    Wildwood, MO 63038
   
Lindbergh High School
    4900 South Lindbergh Blvd.
    St. Louis, MO 63126

Maplewood-Richmond Heights High

(Line ticket distribution and parking for the Maplewood location will be at the parking lot of the Sunnen Products Company, located at 16 Sunnen Drive, Maplewood, MO 63143.)

The H1N1 flu vaccine will be available to those in the five high-priority groups:  1) Pregnant women;  2) Children from 6 months through 4 years of age;  3) Care providers of and those who live with infants under the age of 6 months;  4) Youth from 5 through 18 years of age with an underlying health conditions that make them more susceptible to flu complications; and  5)Emergency medical service personnel and healthcare workers.

St. Louis County residents will need to provide proof of residency (driver’s license, utility bill, etc.) to receive the H1N1 flu vaccine.
