Lodge Des Peres, in conjunction with Des Peres Hospital and St. Louis Kids Magazine, will present the Fall Health & Wellness Festival.

Businesses and organizations will offer health & wellness products and services. Des Peres Hospital will conduct free cholesterol, glucose, and PSA Screenings. Flu shots will be available for a fee for adults 18 years and older.
