September saw an increase in Sales
Hello optimism!
While I'm the eternal optimist, the stats speak for themselves this month. Although I'm not resting on my laurels; I will still pray for greater results!
GTAR's September Sales Report, as provided by My Florida Regional MLS, continues to show an improving market here in Tampa Bay. Number of units sold was up, days on the market were down, and available inventory was down as well. The number of units sold was 1,709, in comparison to 1,429 units in 2008 & average sales price has once again climbed.
