Linda Pithyou, 29

A female teacher at Lawrence Hall Youth Services, a North Side not-for-profit center that caters to at-risk teenagers, has reportedly been charged with criminal sexual assault for allegedly having sexual relations with a 15 year old made student of hers.

Cook County prosecutors say that Linda Pithyou, 29, had sex with the teenager in her car near the intersection of Sherian Road and Pratt Boulevard, in Rogers Park.  Prosecutors allege that Pithyou met with the student multiple times, and that Pithyou and the student drank alcohol and smoked marijuana together.  It is also alleged that on multiple occasions, Pithyou's 16 month old baby was in the car as these events took place.  Pithyou has reportedly been fired from her position as a teacher, and her bail is set at $110,000.
