We have grown accustomed to seeing Lady Gaga with something concealing some part, if not all of her face. So it was a pleasant surprise when she made an appearance on a German TV show Saturday 'sans' veil.

One wouldn't expect a 'natural all American beauty' look and she did not disappoint with very heavy, dramatic eyes and 'cannot miss it' lipliner. Underneath it all, Ms. Gaga is not lacking in the looks department and should consider leaving the masks at home more often!
