Whether it's the economy...or just time to move on to another venture...change is definitely in the air.
After 20 years, an Eastside institution will be shutting their doors. The Yarrow Bay Grill and it's downstairs, more affordable cousin, the Beach Cafe were the first places I thought of on sunny days, dining by the water. But a press release that landed in my inbox reveals...their last day of business will be Thursday, April 30th.
Here are the details:
YARROW BAY GRILL TOASTS 20 GREAT YEARS AS RESTAURANT BIDS A FOND FAREWELL
Kirkland, Washington---Kirkland’s popular Yarrow Bay Grill will be raising a glass to 20 years of successful business and community giving while at the same time bidding the Eastside a fond farewell. The award-winning Carillon Point restaurant’s lease is up and the ownership group has decided not to renew. However, like all great dining icons, they are celebrating two decades of wonderful memories by offering anniversary specials and inviting guests to join in by raising a toast, until the doors close.
Yarrow Bay Grill’s final day of business will be Thursday, April 30th. To add to the memories, call (425) 889-9052 for reservations.
