                              Trampetti Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Trampetti Olive Oil graces the finest kitchens in this city.  Pale green in color with notes of pepper and grass, this exquisite oil reflects the Moraiolo olive.  The olives are hand harvested and extracted in small batches, resulting in a flavor redolent of the sun-kissed hills of Umbria.

Join Ritrovo founders Ron Post and Ilyse Rathet for an afternoon taste-and-greet with olive oil maker Federico Bibi, of Trampetti Organic Olive Oil. Bibi is an Umbrian agricultural specialist, who, with Massimo Sisani, a third-generation descendant of Eugenio Trampetti, makes one of the most highly regarded oils in Italy.

Showcasing the Limited Edition Trampetti XV, come sample the latest Trampetti release...and meet the ever-so-affable, Federico Bibi.
