Harmonix continues it's continuous stream of popular and diverse downloadable content for Rock Band 2 as the next two weeks of downloadable content have been revealed.
This coming Tuesday will feature The White Stripes as the band that receives a three-pack. The pack includes their smash-hit, "Icky Thump", as well as their tracks "Dead Leaves and the Dirty Ground" and "Girl, You Have No Faith in Medicine". It has been said that Harmonix will chart the organ parts in "Icky Thump" as guitar, so the song could prove to be incredibly difficult on guitar.
This Tuesday will also feature two single tracks. The Damned will bring their track "Smash It Up", which sounds as though it could be fun on guitar. The final song for this week will be Kasabian's "Club Foot", which has a pretty sweet bass line and drum part.
While this week represents a relatively smaller week in terms of number of songs released to the Rock Band platform at five, next week will have at least that number. Several sources are reporting that AFI will be putting out a 5-pack of songs, including their hit, "The Leaving Song, Pt. II". AFI has always been a very fun group on drums, and these songs will likely be no different.
