WHAT: This event is the kickoff to the Museum's 3rd Anniversary Celebration!!
Hosted by the Reginald F. Lewis Legacy Council in collaboration with One World Cultural
Arts Society, this event will be one of the most unique fundraisers in Baltimore by connecting
Afro-Brazilian and African American cultures; it will create an experience you will never forget!!!
Guests will enjoy an evening filled with live African Brazilian rhythms performed by Alo Brasil.
Also featured will be Brazilian Samba Dancers, Capoeira Angola creating an energy that will
fill you with the true spirit of Bahia. Brazilian beverages and light cuisine will be provided.
The proceeds will benefit the Museum's operations including educational programs and

at Oregon Ridge Park in Cockeysville, Maryland on Saturday, June 21 and Sunday June 22 from
Noon-6p.m. each day
Juan-Carlos Cruz of Food Network’s Calorie Commando will headline the Gourmet Live! All cooking demonstrations will include a wide range of food pairings as well as tasting seminars.
Attendees will have the opportunity to enjoy local Maryland wines from wineries.
In addition, they can shop at over 60 unique artist and craft exhibits and listen to local music on the main stage from bands such as Judo Chop, King Teddy, Captain Quint and the Reagan Years.
